Nick is education trained, specialises in leadership and development and was the first training professional to establish a dedicated training function in an Irish Tier 1 firm. Nick has worked extensively in Ireland, the UK and Australia and is a recognised leader in this field.

For technical legal matters Brendan Heneghan brings his considerable expertise. Brendan is a retired partner of William Fry Solicitors. He has spent over 30 years in the practice of corporate law. He was a member of the William Fry management committee for six years. During that time he had overall management responsibility for the firm’s training and was specifically responsible for corporate training. He was a contributor to the early editions of the Law Society corporate training manual.

Michelle Linnane has practiced exclusively in conveyancing and property related matters since admission. She was a partner in McCann Fitzgerald for 15 years. She is a lecturer for the Law School of the Law Society since 1982 and co-author of the Law School Manual in landlord & tenant law since its first edition in 2000. She is author of two of the chapters in the Law School e-Manual on complex conveyancing and property transactions. Michelle was external examiner to the Law School 2000 – 2015. She has given lectures on CPD courses and certificate and diploma courses run by the Law Society and the DSBA.
