Who We Are

LNT is different. At LNT we are passionate about helping solicitors to develop the skills they will need to succeed at each stage of their career – from Trainee to Partner. We recognise that being competent in a Practice area is only the starting point. To be a valued member of a legal business practitioners must be able to  manage themselves, relationships with their colleagues, clients, processes and eventually make significant contributions to rainmaking.

Nick Makin
Nick Makin is LNTs founder, principal and champion of its philosophy. Nick is education trained, specialises in leadership and development and was the first training professional to establish a dedicated training function in an Irish Tier 1 firm. Nick has worked extensively in Ireland, the UK and Australia and is a recognised leader in this field.
